Shipping Services

If you would like to send any equipment to us, we are happy to accept it and place it in your home before your arrival. Any items should be shipped within seven days of your arrival.
We are not responsible for any lost packages.
Do not ship perishable food or medical items.
Note: the US postal service does not deliver to homes in Big Sky.
You must ship items using UPS or FEDEX or another approved shipping company.

Please contact us to find out the address in which to ship the equipment.

Specify the Property Name, the Date Range of your stay, and the Guest’s Name on the reservation marked on your shipping package.

Package should include return labels.
