Rental Policy Terms & Conditions

We are honored to host our guests and strive to make every stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. To ensure the safety of our guests and the preservation of our beautiful properties, we have established a few essential guidelines, which are also outlined in our Rental Contract.


Arrival & Departure: Garage and door codes will be provided the day before your arrival for easy access into the property. We will share other important information in a group message with our property management and concierge team and will include any guest numbers you would like.
Check-in Time: 4:00 PM
Check-out Time: 10:00 AM

*Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated but must be requested and approved by a member of our team in advance!


Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in any of our rental homes, with the exception of disclosed service animals in accordance with applicable laws. Guests must notify our team in advance if they are bringing a service animal. Any unauthorized pets found in the home without prior approval from a member of our team will result in a $1,500 fine per pet. Guests will also be responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by the presence of an unauthorized pet. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to keep the properties safe for all guests!


Maximum Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is based upon the number of beds and pull out couches available, which is provided in each property description. Overnight guests are not to exceed the maximum occupancy. If occupancy during the day exceeds that number, our team must be informed in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate the request.


Payment & Cancellation Policy: Upon booking, 50% of your total stay will be due. The remaining 50% of your total will be due 90 days prior to your arrival date. Should you need to cancel within 48 hours of booking, you may do so without any penalty. Should you wish to cancel outside of 90 days prior to your arrival, you will be refunded half of your original 50% deposit (25% of the total stay). Should you book within 90 days of your stay, the full amount of your stay will be due upon booking. Payments are to be made by credit card only, but we are happy to split payments amongst more than one card if needed. We highly recommend acquiring travel insurance, which is offered at checkout through Rental Guardian.


Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $5,000 is required to rent the Alpine Peak Lodge property. This security deposit will be collected 90 days prior to arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure, pending any damages upon our team’s departure inspection.

Additional refundable security deposits will be applicable for any reservations booked for special events.


Smoking Policy: We do not allow any smoking, including vaping.


Maintenance: Should any maintenance issue arise, we kindly ask that guests contact us as soon as possible. For general maintenance, please call (855) 475-4244 or email [email protected]. An emergency maintenance number is provided in the home for immediate issues such as fire, heat, water, and safety issues. We reserve the right to enter the properties at any time for maintenance or cleaning purposes.
