Our Team
Mike
Mike, our Director of Rental Operations, was born and raised in Montana, calling various places home across the state. He grew up in Helena and later earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Montana in Missoula. After school, he moved to the Gallatin Valley to pursue a career in property management and hospitality in the Big Sky area. Mike’s favorite activities include riding Lone Peak on bike and board, as well as fishing on the banks of the Gallatin River.
Christina
Our Guest Relations Manager, Christina, is a native of Perry, Georgia and graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation in Tourism & Community Leisure Services, with a minor in Geology. Her journey in Big Sky began in May of 2021, where she initially planned to stay for just one season. However, she quickly fell in love with the tight-knit community and the area’s natural beauty. Christina’s favorite activities include enjoying lake days out on the boat, floating the Madison River, cooking, and bringing her dalmatian, Lilly, along on all her adventures.
Jake
Jake, our Director of Property Management, originates from Montana, where he grew up surrounded by construction, as his family owned a general contracting business specializing in building homes and commercial structures across the state. He learned to ski at Big Sky during his childhood. Following high school, Jake enlisted in the Army before coming back to Montana to earn a degree in International Business and Management Information Systems. His post-college career primarily focused on project management and hospitality. Outside of work, Jake can often be found skiing, fishing, or enjoying a rafting adventure on the river.
Chelsea
Chelsea earned her M.B.A. at the University of Denver which initiated her love for the Rocky Mountains and her desire to share the great outdoors with others. Chelsea started her career by managing a 4th generation family-owned commercial truck business. Chelsea became involved in Big Sky homeownership in 2014. After working with multiple property and rental agencies and encountering various frustrations, Chelsea and her father, Tom, opened Big Sky Luxury Vacations to operate and manage properties to the standards they believe Big Sky homes should be managed. She believes that every property should be treated not only like an asset that needs to be protected but also as a family home filled with memories and love. When she’s not training for running races or triathlons, you can find Chelsea adventuring outdoors via trail running shoes, bike tires, or skis.
Tom
Tom has spent most of his life near the water in Rochester, NY. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business from Bowling Green State University. He served as the President for Beam Mack Sales & Service (now Conway Beam Truck Group) for over 40 years, leading a 200-plus-person organization with five locations in Upstate New York. In 2012, Tom recognized the untapped potential of the Big Sky region and ventured into property ownership in Montana. After evolving their business model, he believes their team has found the perfect recipe to keep their managed homes beautiful, their homeowners satisfied, and their guests “wowed”. Tom spends his time skiing through the trees in the colder months and wake surfing or water skiing in the warmer months.

Matt, the youngest of four boys, grew up in Rochester, NY, where he developed a strong sense of family and community. He’s a proud supporter of Notre Dame, his alma mater, and holds a C.P.A. After working in accounting, he transitioned to the corporate world. Matt treasures time with his wife and daughter and enjoys golf and basketball
